Welcome to Foortex AI ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our software, APIs, dashboard, and autonomous execution engines, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Account Usage & Responsibility
- Account Eligibility:You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authority to enter into these terms.
- Credentials & Security:You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and third-party access tokens (Shopify, Whop, Notion, GitHub).
- Authorized Actions:You acknowledge that Foortex AI operates as an autonomous execution engine. Actions initiated via your triggers or scheduled workflows are performed on your behalf under your authorized credentials.
2. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership
- 100% User Ownership:You retain full, exclusive ownership of all digital assets, products, code repositories, graphic mockups, store descriptions, and workspace logs generated through Foortex AI.
- No Claim on Generated Content:Foortex AI claims no copyright, royalty, or ownership rights over the digital goods, micro-SaaS tools, or store listings created by your execution jobs.
- Platform Ownership:The Foortex AI software, brand identity, underlying source code, Zod guardrail frameworks, and system architectures remain the exclusive property of Foortex AI.
3. API Integrations & Third-Party Platforms
- Third-Party Compliance:You agree to comply with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms, including but not limited to Whop, Shopify, Etsy, Notion, GitHub, and Vercel.
- Platform Rate Limits:Foortex AI includes automated rate-limit safeguards. However, we are not liable for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms due to user-configured spamming or policy violations outside our guardrails.
4. Billing, API Usage, and Execution Caps
- Deterministic Billing:Subscription fees cover access to the Foortex AI control plane and execution platform.
- API Cost Controls:To prevent unexpected credit usage, Foortex AI enforces hard-coded retry limits and spending caps. You remain responsible for third-party LLM API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) connected to your account.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
- Provided "As-Is":While Foortex AI utilizes deterministic Zod schema guardrails to prevent data corruption and model hallucinations, software and execution engines are provided "as is" without implied warranties.
- Liability Cap:In no event shall Foortex AI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from store downtime, third-party API outages, or automated execution actions.
6. Termination & Data Deletion
- Instant Disconnection:You may disconnect your third-party platform integrations or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Complete Data Purge:Upon account termination, you may request the complete deletion of your encrypted API tokens, database job histories, and user records from our systems.
